breathe-mcp

breathe's MCP surface — a model MCPs into a running breathe instance and drives the homeostasis substrate: list/get/author/patch bands + nodepools, flip dryRun + the node writeEnabled switch, read the catalog + status. Hand-served over the breathe-kube client (the CRDs ARE the state; this is a typed facade, not a second store). Behind a BreatheStore trait so the tools are mock-tested without a cluster.
