blip25-codebooks

Bit-exact half-rate (AMBE+2) vocoder vector-quantizer codebooks — PRBA, HOC, and gain tables with a typed loader. Firmware-recovered and verified against the reference's AMBE+2 software vocoder; see ATTRIBUTION.md in the repository. Self-contained, no allocation at run time. Implementation detail of `blip25-mbe`.
