bcinr-mfw-ir

Shared IR types and trait contracts for the multifractal-workflow (MFW) planner: witness algebra, formal-law contracts, EventSet, causal/concurrency IR, POWL projection contracts. No PDDL- or POWL-specific concepts; bcinr-pddl and bcinr-powl depend on this crate, never the reverse.
